“Only want your money. They will cause you more issues than the ones you come in to talk about. Billing was always an issue with no consistency between receptionists and therapists. I felt like a client, rather than a person who found a welcoming place to help with my mental health. The psychiatrist barely looked me in the eyes, and tried to diagnose me with BPD in the first 10 minutes without tests or further questioning. Will never recommend Lifestance.”

“I’ve been working with Dr. Neimark for years now. Prior to that, I was in a really bad way with bouts of mania and persistent, severe depression. I could not see private practitioner’s before, so my treatment was just not working. Since seeing Dr. Neimark, I’ve come out of the severe depression and I have had very little mania. He’s very consistent and extremely responsive and always listens to my needs. I think I’m actually in a good place now thanks to him. It feels unnatural because I was so bad for so long. “I attended couples counseling through life stance. My partner was highly abusive and my therapist enabled him, victim blamed me, and violated privacy. I am in the process of suing for gross neglect. My couples counselor left me on the side of the road in the middle of winter after my partner threw me out with no where to go. She offered zero assistance, dismissed my real fear of having no where to go, and completely abandoned me while I was actively being severely abused. She is clearly not trauma informed and does not care about the safety or wellbeing of women. The care i received was abuse at BEST, but psychological warfare nonetheless.”
