“I’m relieved to finally be done working with this provider and no longer in court for this matter. In March 2025, I attempted to involve my child’s father in a way that would help de-escalate concerns about our daughter’s health. I provided the center with my parenting plan, which clearly states that I have sole custody and decision-making authority. Despite this, the provider allowed my child’s father to participate in ways that went beyond being informed. Decisions were made and appointments were scheduled without my knowledge. I was not properly updated, and I was ultimately billed for appointments that I did not authorize. This situation escalated to the point where I had to pursue resolution through civil court. It took nearly a year to abolish illegal charges billed to me on his behalf. Initially, I was frustrated with the therapist involved, but over time I realized the issue was not with any one individual. The larger concern is the lack of clear processes for handling custody documentation and high-conflict co-parenting situations. When legal custody arrangements are not properly verified or followed, it creates serious risk and stress for families. For high-conflict parents dealing with ongoing issues, I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice and instead choosing a provider that has structured accountability for how legal matters are handled.”

“Appointment is made with out my knowledge and my insurance is billed for an appointment I never made today. Refusal to allow me the respect to choose my own previous prescriptions and belittling me based on her minimal experience with trauma and developmental disabilities”

“From my experience with the place for over 20yrs now and not even a patient, I truly believe they use people as test subjects and just constantly switch meds and relies too much on what the patient thinks in their mind to what truly is being seen from the outside world. I highly do not recommend this place if you are looking for improvements to your well being.”
